MANDALA MAGIC

Mandala is Sanskrit for center, circumference, or sacred circle. For eons people have used the circle to orient themselves in the world, and to invite the sacred in religion and in ritual. Art play fosters a centering focus on the true Self. The activity of creating your personal mandala provides a state of flow, where your focus is on the line, the shape, the color, and the next small step in the process of creating something beautiful from inside yourself. The mandala helps us tap into unconscious reservoirs of strength, enabling a healing or self-discovery to occur. A sense of unity, balance and calm may be achieved merely from the act of drawing within the circle. It's not a drawing class, and you'll get an eraser :) Juicy*S will guide you along.
